Notice of nondiscrimination
Mandeville Total Wellness complies with applicable federal and state civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people, or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion.
What that means in practice
- We provide reasonable assistance and accommodations to people with disabilities so they can communicate with us effectively.
- We provide language assistance to people whose first language is not English, including arranging interpretation where it is needed to discuss care.
- Nobody is refused an appointment, given a lesser standard of care, or treated differently in this practice on any of the grounds above.
If you need help of either kind, tell us when you book or when you arrive. There is no charge for it and you do not need to explain why.
If you believe we have fallen short
You can raise it with us directly. Contact our office and ask to speak with the practice about a nondiscrimination concern:
Mandeville Total Wellness

You may bring a concern in person, by phone, or in writing, and we will help you put it in writing if that is easier. Raising a concern will never affect the care you receive here.
You can also file with the federal government
