The booking link arrives with my name already selected, so you do not have to ask for me. I have availability for new patients. If you are already a patient, please call the office instead.

You were told it is normal. It is not.

Tired by the middle of the afternoon. Bloated after meals you used to be fine with. A cycle that has changed and nobody can say why. Weight that will not move whatever you do. Sleep that stopped being restful somewhere along the way, and a mind that feels a step behind.

Most of the women I work with have already been somewhere else with this. They have the lab results that came back within range. They have been told it is stress, or hormones, or their age, and sent home with nothing to actually do about it.

Being common is not the same as being normal. Your body is telling you something. My job is to help you work out what.

How I got here

I came to this work the way most of our patients do. I could not get better, and I needed to find out why. My own recovery through natural nutrition is what drew me to this field, and it is what gets me to work every morning.

I am a Nutrition Response Testing®practitioner, and I hold certifications in Advanced Energy Testing and Nutrition Coaching. I am also working toward my Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management. What that means for you is that I bring the science and the lived experience to every visit, and I have sat on your side of the desk.

How I work

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive analysis. Rather than asking what to call your symptoms, it asks what is getting in the way of your body doing its own repair work. I analyze how your body responds, identify the stressors that keep turning up underneath the picture you came in with, and recommend whole food nutritional support built around what your body actually responded to.

There is no standard plan. Two women can come in the same week with the same complaint and leave with completely different recommendations, because they tested differently. That is the entire point of testing rather than guessing.

I am careful about what this is and is not. This is an analysis, not a diagnosis. We do not diagnose or treat disease here, and nothing I recommend replaces the care of your physician. A good number of my patients see me and their doctor at the same time.

What a first visit with me is like

Sixty minutes, $75, and it starts with listening.

  1. Your whole history. Not a form in the waiting room. The timeline matters, including the parts you have been told are irrelevant.
  2. An HRV test. Heart rate variability gives us an objective number for how hard your nervous system is working, instead of a description of how tired you feel.
  3. The analysis itself. Non-invasive, nothing injected, no radiation, no needles. Most people find it more interesting than uncomfortable.
  4. A plan you can explain to someone else. Specific whole food supplements matched to what your body responded to, and the food changes that matter in your case rather than in general.

What I will not do

I will not tell you to stop a medication, and I will not tell you your doctor is wrong. I will not promise a cure. I will not hand you a protocol because it worked for someone with the same symptom. And I will not add a supplement to your plan because it is on the shelf.

What I will do is take the whole picture seriously, and keep going until we understand what is underneath it.

I would love to be part of your story

A first visit is $75 and runs a full hour: your whole health history, an HRV test and a complete Nutrition Response Testing® analysis, so the plan is built around what your body is asking for rather than around a guess.
